Under the flap sit embroidered symbols taken from the game table, including D&D weapons and D20 dice. Flip it over and the back is marbled black denim, which gives it a rougher edge. The main body is faux leather (polyurethane) with faux patent leather, applique and 3D stud details, plus a coordinating lining.
