Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Infinity Collectables processes and delivers orders placed via www.infinitycollectables.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Dispatch Times

Most in-stock items held in our UK warehouse are dispatched the same working day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Eligible products are marked "Same Day Dispatch" on the product page, so you know before you buy. To qualify, order an eligible in-stock item before our daily cut-off. The cut-off is currently 4pm, Monday to Friday, and can change during peak periods such as Christmas, so the live cut-off time is always shown on the product page. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Same-day dispatch means we send your order out that day. It does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery time after dispatch follows the timeframes in section 2.

Dispatch times are estimates, not guarantees. During busy periods, including product launches, promotional events, Black Friday, Christmas, and other peak trading seasons, dispatch times may be longer. We reserve the right to prioritise orders at our discretion.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on your location, the courier, and the service level you select at checkout. We ship with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and Yodel.

Standard UK delivery arrives within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Next working day services are available at checkout for an additional cost.

All delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are estimates rather than guarantees unless stated otherwise. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Costs

UK delivery is free on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 ship for a flat £2.99. The free-delivery threshold is also shown at checkout.

Expedited services such as Next Day Delivery cost extra, calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, weight, and the speed you choose.

International delivery is available to over 220 countries. International rates are not flat. They are calculated automatically at checkout by the carrier, based on the HS code of the products in your cart, the total weight, and your delivery location.

4. High-Value Orders

For security, higher-value orders may be upgraded automatically to tracked, signed-for, or expedited services. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping method to protect your order.

5. Seasonal Demand and Courier Delays

During peak periods, warehouse processing and courier transit times can increase due to high volumes. Infinity Collectables is not liable for courier network delays, weather disruption, industrial action, or force majeure events. We appreciate your patience during these times.

6. Customs, Duties and International Orders

International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT or local taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges. Unpaid customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned because of unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from any refund. If customs destroys the parcel, no refund is issued.

7. Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, monitoring your tracking, and making sure your goods are received safely.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, missed delivery attempts, parcels left in a safe place at your request, theft after confirmed delivery, or courier delays once an order has been dispatched. Risk in the goods passes to you on confirmed delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. If you think a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will help raise a claim with the courier where appropriate.

Courier investigations take time, and replacement or refund decisions depend on the courier claim outcome. We reserve the right to refuse claims reported outside the stated timeframes.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, industrial action, government restrictions, supply chain disruption, and courier network failures.
