How do I start a return with Infinity Collectables?
Submit your order number and the reason for return through the form on this page. We'll review your request and respond by email with the next step.
Can I get a pre-paid return label?
Yes. If you'd like a pre-paid label we'll send one through. The cost of the label is then subtracted from your total refund. If you'd prefer to send it back yourself, we can provide an address for you to ship to instead.
Which warehouse do I send my return to?
We have multiple warehouses across the UK and EU, so our algorithm determines which one is the best fit for your return based on your order and location. Submit the form and we'll send you the correct address.
How will I get my refund?
Once your item is back with us and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card provider then releases the funds back to you.
Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?
Yes. Mention it in the additional details field when you submit your request and tell us the item you'd like to swap to. If there's a price difference, we'll send a payment link for the gap or refund you the difference.
Are graded or sealed items returnable?
Sealed and graded items can be returned if they arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described. For change-of-mind returns on graded slabs and sealed cases, please contact us before submitting so we can talk through the condition requirements.
