Shipping & Delivery
Here's the short version: order an eligible in-stock item before 4pm on a working day and we aim to dispatch it the same day from our UK warehouse. Some products take a few days longer to prepare, and the dispatch estimate on each product page is the one to trust. Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Spend over £25 and delivery is free.

We ship with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Yodel. Tracking details land in your inbox as soon as your order is dispatched. For security, we may automatically upgrade higher-value orders to a tracked, signed-for or faster service.
When we dispatch your order
Eligible in-stock items dispatch the same working day, Monday to Friday. Look for the "Same Day Dispatch" badge on the product page. Eligible orders placed before our 4pm cut-off go out that day. Not every product qualifies though. Some items take a few days longer to prepare, and the dispatch time shown on each product page is always the accurate one for that item. The cut-off can also shift during busy periods such as Christmas, so the live time on the product page is the one to go by.
Order after 4pm, at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday? Your parcel goes out the next working day. One thing worth knowing: same-day dispatch means we send your order that day, not that it arrives that day. Delivery timeframes start from the date of dispatch.
During product launches, Black Friday and other peak spells, dispatch can take a little longer than usual.
International shipping
We deliver to over 220 countries. Rates are not flat. The carrier works out your exact cost at checkout based on what's in your cart, the total weight and where it's going. Delivery time depends on your destination, the courier and the service you pick.
One heads-up for international orders: you're responsible for any import duties, local taxes and customs fees charged by your country. If a parcel is refused or abandoned over unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and return fees may be deducted from any refund.

When will my order arrive?
For UK orders, standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Need it faster? Pick a next working day service at checkout.
How do I track my parcel?
We email tracking details the moment your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel directly with the carrier handling it: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or Yodel.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos, then start a return through our Returns Portal. We'll assess it and put it right.
What if my parcel goes missing?
If your parcel looks lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll help raise a claim with the courier.
