Sell Your Collection to
Infinity Collectables

1. Purpose of This Service

Infinity Collectables provides a collection buying service for customers wishing to sell:

• Trading cards (TCG, slabs, sports, graded & raw)
• Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, cases, tins, etc.)
• Action figures, Lego and officially licensed collectibles (subject to approval)

This service is strictly for customers intending to sell items to Infinity Collectables. It is not a free valuation service. All offers are based on our internal buy-in rates, resale demand, stock requirements, and condition assessment — not current market listings or third-party valuations.

2. Authenticity & Ownership

By submitting items to Infinity Collectables, you confirm that:

• All items are 100% genuine
• No counterfeit, altered, resealed, or proxy items are included
• You are the legal owner and have the right to sell the items

If counterfeit or altered items are identified, we reserve the right to terminate the submission immediately. Sorting/processing fees will still apply and items will not be returned until outstanding fees are settled. Infinity Collectables reserves the right to report deliberate counterfeit submissions where necessary.

3. Packaging & Shipping Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for safely packaging items for transit using appropriate protection (top loaders, sleeves, bubble wrap, strong outer boxes, etc.) and using tracked and insured shipping services. Infinity Collectables is not liable for damage or loss incurred during transit, or condition downgrade caused by insufficient packaging. We strongly recommend tracked and insured delivery, particularly for high-value collections.

4. Condition Assessment

All items are inspected by our team upon arrival. Condition is determined solely by Infinity Collectables. Any existing damage must be declared before submission. Sealed products must be factory sealed and untampered — resealed or tampered products will be rejected. Following inspection, we will contact you with a formal offer.

5. Offers & Payment Options

If your submission is accepted, payment options include:

• Bank Transfer
• PayPal (3% processing fee applies)
• Store Credit (valued at up to 15% higher than the cash offer, at our discretion)

Store credit bonuses may vary depending on category and stock demand. Payments are typically issued within 30 days of offer acceptance. If no acceptance is received within 30 days of our offer, storage charges may apply.

6. Sorting & Processing Fee

All submissions are subject to a sorting and processing fee. Minimum fee: £5. Final fee varies depending on volume and time required. If you accept our offer, the sorting fee is fully waived. If you decline: the sorting fee remains payable and items will not be returned until the fee is settled. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Declined Offers & Returns

If you decline our offer, you must arrange collection or pay for return shipping within 30 days. Both the sorting fee and return shipping must be paid before items are released. If we receive no response: storage charges may apply after 30 days, and after 60 days with no contact we reserve the right to deem the submission abandoned and process it accordingly.

8. Storage & Abandoned Submissions

Submissions not accepted or collected within 30 days may incur storage charges. If no response is received within 60 days, items may be deemed abandoned and may become the property of Infinity Collectables. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before this occurs.

9. Partial or Incomplete Submissions

If a submission arrives incomplete, we may process only the received items and are not obligated to hold items awaiting missing parts. Additional processing fees may apply for split shipments.

10. Right to Refuse Items

Infinity Collectables reserves the right to refuse damaged items unsuitable for resale, counterfeit or altered goods, resealed products, or items outside our buying categories. Return of refused items is at the customer's expense.

11. Liability

Infinity Collectables will take reasonable care while items are in our possession. However, our liability is limited to the assessed buy-in value. We are not responsible for condition disputes after items are returned or collected.

12. Force Majeure

Infinity Collectables is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, carrier delays, strikes, or system failures. We will communicate any significant delays where reasonably possible.

13. Amendments

Infinity Collectables reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will apply to all submissions made after the publication date.
