Glinda arrives in full bubble-descending mode. The bodice carries a swirl print in soft purple, blue and pink, trimmed with sequins that catch the light properly under a party lamp. Sheer silver sleeves and flutter shoulder ruffles finish the shoulders, and the full skirt adds foil butterfly wing detail across the hem.
