Tobbie arrives in pieces, and that is the whole point. Kids assemble the chassis, fit the motor and clip in the infrared sensors, then watch him roll off and steer around furniture on his own. Six legs, self guiding, no app or phone needed. Build time runs about an hour for most eight year olds working from the printed instructions. Honest note from us: it is one of the few STEM kits that still gets played with once it is finished.
