The Sanrio Kuromi Plush Figure is a soft toy version of Kuromi, the jester hooded character from the Sanrio family.

Kuromi first appeared in 2005 as My Melody's self styled rival and has since grown into one of Sanrio's most recognisable faces, second only to Hello Kitty in much of the kawaii community. The skull bow and the pink face on the back of her hood are what fans look for, and the character has found a second life with older collectors who grew up with the brand.
