MOUSE: P.I. for Hire - PlayStation 5
Product Details
MOUSE: P.I. for Hire on PlayStation 5 is a first-person shooter drawn in the style of 1930s rubber hose cartoons. Noir, but with mice.
You play Jack Pepper, a private eye working cases in the grimy city of Mouseburg. Developer Fumi Games hand-animated the black-and-white look, so it feels like stepping into an old cartoon reel, only with a lot more gunfire. Expect detective work between the shootouts and a hard-boiled tone throughout. PlaySide publishes it, and this boxed PS5 edition arrived in July 2026. It's one of the more striking shooters around, and well worth a look if you love unusual art styles.
