This is a Marvel Legends Retro Series action figure of Nightcrawler, drawn from X-Men '97.

Kurt Wagner has been one of the most loved X-Men since the 1970s, and X-Men '97 brought him back to a wide audience by picking up the animated series where it left off. The Retro Series line is built around the older card back presentation that long-time collectors associate with the classic toy aisle, so it appeals as much for the packaging as for the figure itself.
