Mezco launched its Kaiju Collective line with the monster that started it all. This Godzilla (1954) figure comes in a black and white edition that nods to the original film.
He's about 12" from teeth to tail, built on an all-new body with an internal skeleton armature that holds poses well. The jaw is hinged, so it opens and closes. Interchangeable hands let him grab the included jet plane and railway section. You also get damaged building pieces, military tanks, cannons and heat ray FX to stage a scene of Japan under attack. It comes in an artworked box.
