Garfield ambient lamp runs off its own rechargeable battery, so it moves from desk to bedside without trailing a cable. A single touch button on top cycles three colour temperatures. Warm light for evenings, cool light for reading.
Brightness adjusts smoothly rather than in steps, so you can dim right down at night. The lamp stands 9.1 cm high and 7.2 cm across, built from ABS and PP, with a folding handle for carrying. A full charge takes about two and a half hours and gives up to six hours of light.
