A 1000 piece Airfix jigsaw of the Bristol Beaufighter TF.X, the torpedo-carrying variant used for anti-shipping strikes. Beaufighters flew anti-shipping strikes from Coastal Command bases through the second half of the war. A thousand pieces, working from Airfix's own artwork. It carried four cannon and six machine guns, making it the most heavily armed British fighter of its day. Airfix drew this from their own kit artwork.
