As we step into 2026, we wanted to share a quick update on what’s next for Infinity Collectables and how the incredible growth we’ve seen recently has created the perfect moment to level things up.

Over the past year, Infinity Collectables has grown faster and further than ever before. We’re now working with more brands, partners, and countries than at any point in our journey and none of that would be possible without the amazing support of our customers. Thank you for being part of it.

As we’ve grown, we’ve reached a natural milestone. The systems that helped us get here are now being upgraded to support a bigger, more established retail operation, designed to be faster, smoother, and more reliable as we continue to grow.

Evolving Infinity 🚀

From January 2026, we’ve started rolling out a series of improvements across our systems and operations to better support the size and scale of Infinity Collectables today and where it’s heading next.

This marks an exciting shift from early high-growth mode to a more structured, scalable setup, built with long-term reliability and customer experience in mind.

📦 One Centralised Fulfilment Hub

As our range expanded, we operated across multiple UK warehouse (14) locations to keep up with demand.

As part of this next phase, we’re moving to a large, centralised fulfilment hub - an approach used by leading national retailers to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency when handling large product ranges.

This upgrade will help us:

Dispatch orders more consistently
Improve stock accuracy across our growing catalogue
Reduce split shipments
Create a smoother, more predictable delivery experience

This transition is already underway and forms a key part of our long-term plans.

🛒 A Faster, Clearer Website Experience

With a rapidly expanding catalogue, we’re also making improvements to the website to make shopping easier and more enjoyable.

Over January, customers will begin to see updates designed to:

Make browsing faster and smoother
Provide clearer stock and availability information
Improve navigation as the range continues to grow

These changes are being introduced gradually to ensure everything runs smoothly.

⏳ A More Balanced Approach to Pre-Orders

As we work with more international brands, we’re refining how and when we offer pre-orders.

In 2026, this means:

Offering fewer pre-orders
Focusing more on in-stock and ready-to-ship products
Working closely with trusted brands that have proven delivery timelines

Our aim is to give customers clearer expectations and a more reliable shopping experience.

As these improvements roll out:

There may be a short transition period while systems settle
Orders and support requests will continue to be handled in order
Tracking will still be sent automatically once orders are dispatched

From mid-January onwards, customers should start to notice improvements in speed, communication, and overall service quality.
