Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to dispatch an in-stock item?

In-stock items are dispatched within 72 working hours, however some products may have product specific dispatch times which can be found on the product page.  

I haven't received my item ?

Please refer back to the product page as all info will be shown on the page regarding dispatch. Some items may be listed as pre-orders or extended dispatch times which is why they haven't arrived yet but are on the way or subject to release.

My item with a 5-10 working day dispatch hasn't dispatched yet?

If your item has a 5-10 working day dispatch but hasn't dispatched yet on the 10th working day please allow for 2-3 days extra as the warehouse may be experiencing a high number of new releases or parcels which could cause a processing delay where a few extra days are needed. My support ticket hasn't been replied to yet ?

- Please allow up to 48 working hours for support ticket processing. 
- Working days are Monday - Friday only. 
- Weekend messages are carried over to the following week which might cause a slight delay due to the high volume of tickets from Saturday and Sunday.
