Jurassic Park III contains more than 400 effects shots, about twice the number featured in the two previous films combined.

The Pteranodons in Jurassic Park III are a fictionalized version of the actual animal. A life-size mechanical Pteranodon was created for the film's practical special effects, famously featured in the JP3 "Pteranodon Bridge Attack" scene.

Continuing to expand their collection for fans and collectors, Elite Creature Collectibles is proud to present the Pteranodon Prop Replica from Jurassic Park III, in collaboration with ILM artist Bitan, who faithfully recreated the model at a 1/5th scale. The maquette was painted by ECC key artist Oskar Ankarudd.
