Dispatch Speed

  • Orders containing in-stock items that have arrived at our UK warehouses will usually be dispatched within 24–72 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Please note that dispatch times may vary during busy periods, such as new product launches, promotions, or peak trading seasons.

Delivery Speeds

  • Delivery times are dependent on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. Delivery speeds typically range from Next Working Day to 2–3 working days for UK orders.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Higher-value orders may automatically be shipped with tracked or expedited services for added security.

Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders

  • Pre-order items will be dispatched once they arrive in our warehouse. Any estimated release or arrival dates provided are guidelines only and are subject to change by suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors. Infinity Collectables cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Where possible, you may choose an alternative paid delivery option at checkout for split or priority shipping. However, please note that split shipping is not guaranteed and is dependent on our warehouse systems, which operate through automated processes and algorithms.

Seasonal Demand & Delays

  • During peak trading times (for example, Black Friday, Christmas, and new product releases) order processing and courier transit times may take longer due to significantly increased volumes. We ask for your patience and understanding during these periods.

Delivery Costs

  • We offer free UK Standard Delivery on orders over a minimum spend threshold. The current free shipping amount is displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

  • Faster delivery options, such as Next Day Delivery, can be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

  • International delivery options are available at checkout to over 220 countries worldwide with Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Once orders have been dispatched, Infinity Collectables is not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery attempts, or customs clearance times.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • In the rare event of damage or loss in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
