Consuela stands at 4.6 inches with a very bored and neutral expression on her face as she could not be bothered to do any work. Dressed in her memorable pink dress uniform and white apron with her yellow rubber gloves, she is seen answering a phone call.
The exterior of her double-walled packaging shows some areas of the Griffin's household, mainly focusing on the kitchen. The interior is a red background with the Family Guy logo pattern. The protective sleeve is the iconic stage with the red and gold curtains that is shown in the title sequence.
