crypt-custodian-nintendo-switch-400098
Crypt Custodian - Nintendo Switch

Crypt Custodian on Nintendo Switch is a hand-drawn 2D metroidvania where you play Pluto, a cat who has just died and lands a rather unglamorous job in the afterlife.

Instead of a peaceful rest, Pluto is put to work as the afterlife's janitor. Sweep up, explore and fight your way through interconnected areas, picking up new abilities that open up routes you couldn't reach before. It's a charming, cosy take on the genre with a sharp sense of humour. This boxed copy is the physical Switch release, which landed in October 2025.

Key Features

Physical Nintendo Switch edition

Play as Pluto the cat in the afterlife

Metroidvania exploration with ability-gated routes

Hand-drawn 2D art style

Light-hearted story with plenty of humour

FAQ

Is this a physical copy?
Yes.
