Infinity Collectables Reseller, Dropshipping or Bulk Purchase Policy

Bulk Purchases & Restocking Fee:
At Infinity Collectables, we welcome both resellers and dropshippers or bulk buying. However, to ensure fair access to all customers, any product orders exceeding 5 units per customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned or cancelled. This fee will apply unless the products are necessary to complete a set or collection (e.g., playing cards, certain action figures), in which case exceptions may be made. This is to ensure fair buying and reduce excess stock which we have had to commit to.

Pre-Orders & Availability:
While we allow resellers, dropshipping and bulk buying to purchase products, please note that pre-order dates are estimates and may change at any time due to supplier or manufacturer delays. Infinity Collectables cannot be held liable for any such changes, and no compensation will be provided in these instances.

Shipping & Packaging:
All orders are shipped in plain, double-wall cardboard packaging to ensure discretion and protection during transit. Each parcel will include a picking slip inside the box along with the ordered product(s). The picking slip contains essential information about the contents of the package and address, but no pricing details are included.

Amazon Ungating:
We can supply invoices to assist in the Amazon Ungating process for eligible products. However, please be aware that these invoices are not guarantees of approval, as Amazon's ungating decisions are beyond our control. In the event of returns related to ungating issues, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned products.

By placing an order of 5 units or more, the customer automatically agrees to the terms outlined in this policy, including the restocking fee.
